Affiliate Program Terms

Program Overview
The Ready Mama Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn a commission for referring customers to our products. Commissions are paid on completed, non-refunded sales only.
Commission Structure
Commission rates are: Complete Bundle — 30% commission per sale; Individual books — 25% commission per sale; Specialist Guides Pack — 30% commission per sale; and Community membership — 30% of first month's payment. Commission rates and affiliate sign-up are configured in Payhip (Marketing > Affiliates section of your dashboard).
Eligibility
Affiliates must: apply by emailing team@thereadymama.com; be approved by The Ready Mama before promoting; have a genuine audience relevant to pregnancy, parenting, or maternal wellbeing; and not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or prohibited promotion methods.
Approved Promotion Methods
Approved methods include: blog posts and articles; social media posts (with clear disclosure that the link is an affiliate link); email newsletters (to an opted-in list); podcasts and YouTube content; and website landing pages.
Prohibited Promotion Methods
Prohibited methods include: paid advertising using The Ready Mama brand name or product names as keywords; spam or unsolicited messaging; misleading claims about the products or their contents; claiming to be affiliated with or employed by The Ready Mama; and cookie stuffing or other fraudulent practices.
Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they earn a commission on sales when promoting Ready Mama products. This is required by consumer protection laws in most jurisdictions (including ACCC guidance in Australia, FTC guidelines in the US, and ASA guidelines in the UK). Suggested disclosure: "This post contains affiliate links — I earn a small commission if you purchase, at no extra cost to you."
Payment
Commissions are calculated from Payhip's quarterly affiliate sales reports and paid monthly via PayPal, once your balance reaches a minimum of $50 (USD). Payments are made manually by The Ready Mama based on completed, non-refunded sales. You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email and keeping it up to date. If a referred sale is later refunded or charged back, the associated commission will not be paid or will be deducted from your balance.
Termination
We may terminate affiliate relationships at any time if terms are violated. Unpaid commissions for legitimate sales will be honoured on termination.
